7.5 easy on the treadmill in 60 minutes, 2% incline. The more stressful my life gets with the end of the semester + work being crazy the more motivated I get to want to run and want to train hard. My brain is so very oddly wired! Or maybe it's just the influx of caffiene & sugar getting to my head....either way I suddenly feel all pumped and excited to plan my race schedule for 2014.
