3 mile tempo on the UVM course with a big group 6:36, 6:25, 6:09.  Just dialing into the MP without over doing it.  The bottoms of my feet feel pretty numb which I'm assuming is a result of the cortisone shots.  I could definitely feel burning on the big toe more than I would like but hopefully I'm just overthinking it and I hold up on Sat.
