Personal:

I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences.  I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn.  I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University.  If you want to know more check out my blog: www.runningfortrevor.blogspot.com

11.3 lovely recovery miles with Josh & Melissa.  We started at my house and ran up Payson canyon and back.  Love this run and it truly was perfect running weather this morning.  So so nice to be at home for the weekend and even better that I actually talked people into coming all the way down to Payson to run the greatest canyon in Utah.  :)  8:10 pace for the run.

Little Cottonwood Canyon might disagree w/ that statement :-)

Good run!

I'm sure there are plenty of canyons that will take offense to that statement.

Nice milage this week! Looks like you're feeling a bit better than the last time I checked in. I get to come check out Payson canyon one of these Saturdays to validate your claim--hard to beat Provo and AF :-)

i just want to say that BYU women's soccer won and onto ELITE 8 after DOUBLE OT tied 0 to 0. Then five penalty kicks where we were second to shoot and missed first and then it went to a second set of 5 PK shooters. NO longer best out of five but SUDDEN DEATH!!! FREAK OUT!!! I swear in that moment I could have run a sub 5 minute MILE my adrenaline was higher than ever!!! :D wish I could have run in the beautiful payson canyon too!!

Sounds like a perfect run! Next time I'll have to make the drive. But, not sure I could've kept up this morning, so good thing I wasn't there to slow y'all down.
