weights, planks and 100 pushups
7.25 miles nice and easy. I can still feel the shin/calve and it is definitely in the tibula area. It is not really painful just there and gets progressively more apparent the longer or harder I run. I don't think it is anything serious but it is enough for me to skip any hard paced workouts for the rest of the week. Maybe I'll even resort to cross-training for a day...... |
