I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences.  I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn.  I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University.  If you want to know more check out my blog: www.runningfortrevor.blogspot.com

brrrr when did it all of a sudden go from hot to cold in the mornings?  I'm going to have to pull the gloves out here soon. :(  7.2 miles along the typical orchard loop.  Started slow and naturally picked it up a little throughout the run.  Felt great this morning for some reason and finished with a 6:51 mi that felt smooth and easy.

15 minutes working on my massive muscles...

PM:  2 miles easy, planks & pushups.  So cold in the morning so hot in the afternoon...I'm getting confused!

Nice workout Rachelle! I had that same thought this morning. How did it all the sudden turn cool in the morning? I love it but I don't so much love what is coming next...

The mornings turned very cool over the weekend it seems. The last couple days feel a lot more "fall" like in the mornings than last week. I must have missed the transition while I was sleeping in over the weekend!

I hate it when the cold rolls in :( I'm a warm weather girl!!

Nice job on the 'easy' miles this morning!! A 6:51 feeling smooth and easy sounds about perfect for you right now!

my arms and fingers were quite chilled at the track....it seemed to happen just over night. thankfully I might add. i had the same thought about needing gloves. and then my mind thought of winter running and the gloves can just stay where they are at for now with that notion!! taper seems to be going well. oh and ha ha about massive muscles-- well defined, definietly not massive!!
