Personal:

I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences.  I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn.  I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University.  If you want to know more check out my blog: www.runningfortrevor.blogspot.com

Work meetings at 6am and 9am with a 1.5 hour window in between.  It's totally classy to go into work in running tights. :)  6.25 miles out & back in Provo canyon, 7:58 pace.  My legs are so locked into an 8 min pace right now I'm not sure if I could go any faster or slower.  Such a nice run with perfect weather and even some sunlight.  I would have loved to have run longer this morning but I am really trying to be smart and the IT and right calf definitely start to become noticable after 30 min of running.

Who schedules work meetings at 6am?!?! I thought our MDs who love the 730 meetings (and then are always late) are bad!

What's a 6am? Some kind of code?

I thought the same thing, a 6am meeting! Way to be efficient and get the run done. :) How are you holding up mentally while you're waiting for your leg to heal?

I am the idiot that scheduled the 6am meeting so I only have myself to blame. :) Oh the joys of Managing a 24/7 dept. I'll complaining a lot more about my Sunday night meetings this week!

Natalie - I am doing just fine. My ride on the lazy train is actually quite lovely!

That is an early start to the day chica, I sure hope you got a nap somewhere today.

Great run despite that dreaded pain. Massage?? I think you need a couple. Graston technique might help you, ever tried it?

Just get s cute skirt to go over the tights. ;o)

Glad things are progressing and that you are still taking it easy, smart girl. I emailed you, did you get it?
