Woke up with an awful stomach ache this morning. I generally have a stomach of steel so it was weird but I wasn't feeling any better tossing & turning in bed so I got up and went to the gym anyway.
30 minutes weights feeling kinda dizzy and like weaksauce.
7 miles very slowly on the treadmill. Felt pretty weak the entire time but not too terrible. I kept it way slow and actually felt worse after I stopped running. I haven't eaten anything different than usual so I'm not sure what is going on. Going to take it easy today and leave work early if I don't start feeling better. |
