Stayed at a friends house in SLC that was convienently located right next to the Van Winkle Golds Gym. I did not have any outside running gear but fortunetely had an extra pair of running shoes and shorts in my car. I was just going to run easy on the treadmill but after 20 min (no headphones, no music....just people watching) it was either I quit or do something to entertain myself. So I did a workout Just like Jakes big workout last week except scaled down about 500%. 2-1-.5-.25 with quarter mile breaks. 6:35, 6:31, 6:22, 3:06, 95. Seriously wimpy workout but it did make the time go by faster. I didn't start running until 10am and was so hungry by the time I finished I thought I might die!
