5 miles nice and easy around the orchards in Santaquin. It was a beautiful morning.
I am running a few more miles with this taper than I have in the past but is just what feels right. In the past I have "padded" the lack of miles with cross training on the elliptical and I am definitely cutting that out this time around. The next few days will just be easy 2-4 mi runs. |
