Nice and easy recovery paced miles.  I am really glad I decided to run at home and not join one of the fun group runs because I was honestly doing good to break a 9 minute pace this morning.  I think the AP for the run ended up being around 8:40.  It felt so good to run easy. :)

PM:  3 miles at the track with my Dad.  Good times!

I am so excited for you too. I know you are in great shape, but its awesome to see those workouts that just make it feel so much more tangible. Its proof that your hard work is paying off. You should be feeling SUPER CONFIDENT going into these last 3 weeks!!!
