I feel much better today.  The post marathon low energy and fatigue + stomach flu was definitely a double wammy!  I think I slept a world record 24 hours yesterday.  I made it to the gym this morning for some weights and 45 min on the elliptical.

My energy is still low but I feel really good physically.  Amazing what two complete rest/lazy days will do for the body!

Awesome race again Rachelle. Sub 3 is freakin' amazing! I know you didn't hit your goal, but I am so impressed with your running the last year. The cup of water in the face is soooo funny. Made me lol in my office.

I can't wait to read about your race. :) You amaze me, and I feel so lucky to know you!!! I'm impressed you're already in the gym. I hope the numbing in your feet has subsided. You're incredible!
