Actually I learned that it is going to hit 41 degrees in SLC today. I think thats a perfect excuse to skip work and come visit you right?

Not sure what my goals are really, just taking it one day at a time. Hopefully I can hit some PRs and have some fun.

Lily - Yes lets do it! Me & Jen talked about running tomorrow this am actually. I will talk to her and get back with you. I would have text you about today but we are both major runcrastinators and did not figure things out until late last night.

RAD - easy is probably a lie! There were a few moments I wanted to die climbing the hills. It's a good thing it's dark and I don't really see the hills well...otherwise I'd be complaining the entire time. ha!

I love that it was 6 minutes AND 30 seconds. 6 minutes would not have made it official cross training:)
