Gym workout:  25 minutes lower body weights, planks/pushups, ITBS rehab.

5.25 treadmill miles. 10 min warmup and then 10 x 1 min on/off intervals.  On's @ 5:52-5:56 (10.0-10.2mph) and off's @ 8:27.  There were a few grab onto the treadmill so I don't die moments and this definitely wasn't easy but I did live to report about it. :)

Movin' pretty fast!! Looks like a good speed workout I'll have to take note of. :)

You were moving lady! :)

I like the gym cause I think it encourages you to do things like weights and various other stretching apparatuses that you normally wouldn't use.

Matt - It is a great workout for when the weather sucks and your craving a little speed.

Lily - Thanks girlie!

Rob - EXACTLY why I like to mix things up and go to the gym a few days a week. I was getting really weak when I went 6 mo w/o lifting at all and it is fun to gain some strength back. I've also lost 2-3 lbs since I started this cross training shinanagans crap and quit running 80 mi weeks. Which is not at all what I was trying to do (if anything I need to gain muscle). But it does go to show that muscle confusions does work I guess.

On days like this Satans sidewalk is approved. :)

From NatalieK on Thu, Oct 25, 2012 at 14:34:56 from 24.2.101.184

I WAS going to say looks like you showed Satan's sidewalk whats up today but then Scott already beat me to the punch using your Satan's sidewalk term, so I didn't say it. :)

That's some good speed!
