Gym Workout: 1 mile on the treadmill just to asses the damages of yesterdays stupidity. Fortunetely felt okay. The knee pain is still very much there but it is bearable.
30 minutes weights including ITBS rehab.
8 miles on the elliptical, 55 min. Resistance between 9-12.
Pm: 3 mi on the river trail in SF. Wasn't going to run but I had a stressful day at work and needed some mental health miles. |
