I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences. I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn. I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University. Easy recovery miles. 8:37 pace. Did my 5 mile loop and added on a mile. Such a gorgeous day out. After my run I walked with my friend Julia and the pups for an hour. I might have to head outside again because it is just so nice out.
