Cardio first today. 40 minutes elliptical
4 miles on the treadmill. 1 mile warmup, 2 miles in 13:20 (6:40 AP), 1 mile cooldown. Basically marathon pace for the 2 miles although it felt more like 5k pace today.
Lower body Strength training plan that Teena sent me. I couldn't remember all of the moves but think I did pretty good. It only took about 15 minutes and it really felt like I covered all of my lower body. Once I get better at it I will start adding weight.
