I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences. I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn. I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University. okay so on tempos mcmillan gives "steady state tempos" and "tempos"-- tempos being slightly faster and shorter. I assume you mean steady state tempos?? which for my 1:28:13 at Painters = 6:42- 6:54 : D. I don't know how sasha thinks I can go subthree (which I am not trying for this year) with one three mile time trial every other week and 18 miles with four fast. I guess I better go back and read his advice if it still exists. Happy running !!
