Personal:

I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences.  I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn.  I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University.  If you want to know more check out my blog: www.runningfortrevor.blogspot.com

7.4 mile hilly route in Salem with Jen.  We ran into Mac & Aubs this morning so that was fun.  I know it's a little chilly out but I really can't complain about the sunlight in the mornings, I am loving it!

Today is the first day since the race Sat that I have felt semi back to normal.  I am not injured - just sore, hungry, and tired!  Long hard races seem to take a pretty big toll on me and thus the debate continues on whether I want to be a 5ker or marathoner....

PM:  22 min with my sister + dog + nephew + jogging stroller.  I'm calling it 2 miles but that may be a stretch.  Fun times!

Saw your awesome SLC results, you are flying girl! :) Cool the write up they did on you just meshed in with all the Boston stuff. Sounds like SLC was a great experience for all that participated, pretty emotional too.

Lookin good this week.

Great to hear you're getting back to normal. It's amazing how much these races will drain you.

My vote's for the marathon distance. ;) Takes something more to push that hard for that long - and you've got it.

I think you rock at both distances :)
