5 miles solo around the orchards, 7:20 pace. Aside from my feet I feel incredibly good post marathon. UVM is a very forgiving course and I think I was much smarter about my come back this time around. Running about 50% last week and 25% this week with my sister at a 9:30 pace has really helped aid my recovery.
I am running ragnar with a bunch of super duper fast people.....I have no idea what I'm thinking but I'd be lying if I didn't admit I'm kind of terrified! Some day I will learn to use that magical two letter word that starts with an n and ends with an o. |
