5.2 miles out & back.  In a lot of pain the first 3 miles today. :(  I even heated my leg and foam rolled before I ran.  Waah, waah, waah..

Planks/pushups

I need to find a new hobby or some new friends or something.  I'd just start going to the gym and cross training but I hate leaving my poor pup more than the 9 hours I already leave her each day.  Life is just so hard....haha okay it could really be a lot worse!

PM:  1 mile with Izzy, and then some walking.  Felt way better tonight.  ITBS rehab.

Dang, I am sorry that things are still hurting. But, give it some time and you will be back at it.

Here is my new hobby for after this week: i have DVR'd almost every single new show that has premiered the last few weeks. So, i will be sitting on my behind catching up on TV and deciding which shows to watch and which to never watch again! Bring your dog over, you can watch with me and help me decide if any of the new shows are worthwhile.

sorry to hear you are still struggling Rachelle, nothing like a little forced downtime to recovery and come back stronger than ever!!

you are beginning to sound like me rachelle!! one injury leads to another if you keep running on it. been there done that and oh still doing that ; D. eventually your brain thinks up strategic ways to avoid the pain while running.....but i would advise to not go there!!! so i assume running me to my death ending is not in MY cards?? hee hee. remember I was going to yell at you anyway for making me run faster-- and that surely would slow me down 20 seconds per mile!!!

Kelli - I love TV! Like way too much. You would not want me to bring the pup over though she is nuts.

Andrea - I'm seriously headed to DI after work to see if I can find some roller blades. I think I could take Izzy on the blades.

Bonnie - Thanks! I really think this may all be related to ITBS and if so my body really does just need time. And I need a new not so stubborn brain.

Julie - We are so much alike! Can we cross-train together after SGM? Maybe you can finally teach me to bike.

My dog is nuts and she is the size of a puppy, so they would get along great.

Today I watched the season premieres for the shows I have watched since their first season-Grey's Anatomy, Private Practice, and Parenthood. CRY FEST! But I did laundry and dusted and cleaned the kitchen and did dishes and baked-there was no sitting around while I was watching.

I have so many hours DVR'd, I am going to be watching TV for a month solid.
