5.2 miles out & back. In a lot of pain the first 3 miles today. :( I even heated my leg and foam rolled before I ran. Waah, waah, waah..

I need to find a new hobby or some new friends or something. I'd just start going to the gym and cross training but I hate leaving my poor pup more than the 9 hours I already leave her each day. Life is just so hard....haha okay it could really be a lot worse!
