40 minutes elliptical
3 miles treadmill, no incline, 25 minutes. Felt like I got hit by a train this morning. I had no energy and think I might be coming down with a cold. My calves are also incredibly tight and I have no idea why? I actually contemplated just laying in bed and calling in sick to work, but then I remembered that I would just be calling myself since I am the Manager. I'm just glad I got a workout in because I'm a complete grouch when I don't sweat before work! |
