40 minutes elliptical

3 miles treadmill, no incline, 25 minutes.  Felt like I got hit by a train this morning.  I had no energy and think I might be coming down with a cold.  My calves are also incredibly tight and I have no idea why?  I actually contemplated just laying in bed and calling in sick to work, but then I remembered that I would just be calling myself since I am the Manager.  I'm just glad I got a workout in because I'm a complete grouch when I don't sweat before work!

Trick or treating is very draining and it gets harder and harder as you accumulate more candy. Could the calves be sore because you were running up and down stairs to get to front doors?

haha you are all so smart. I'm sure this is all just payback for taking 3 candy bars from my neighbor with the candy dish just sitting outside the door with a sign that said "take one please".
