6 mile boredom buster workout on the treadmill. Totally made this up as I went. 1 mile easy, 1 mile @ 6:22, 1 mile easy, 1 mile @ 6:18, .5 mile easy, .5 mile in 3:05, .25 mi easy, .25 mile in 90 seconds, .5 mile cooldown. 6 miles total in 43 minutes. Sweating buckets and people starring at me and my puddle by the finish, but I did feel like I got a good workout in. |
