30 min warmup and then 8 x 1 min on/off intervals in Provo canyon with Janae. I love this workout because it does not take much brain power and is a good way to get the legs turning over quick without worrying about pace. Just did the intervals on effort and felt pretty good. 8 miles total, 7:39 pace.

PM: Jogged to the store to buy apples and Hi-chews. 3 miles, 8:03 pace. Ate the hi-chews on the way back while jogging and carrying apples. I am talented! |
