I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences. I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn. I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University. 30 min lower body strength training - I figured that since my legs were already toast from the cemment track workout it was a good time to do weighted lunges & squats.
62 min on the treadmill easy recovery, 7.5 miles.

did u just run at an over 8 average pace?? BRAVO!!! BRAVO!!! : D. you needed that. Not sure you needed the weight training though ; D. OUCH on tired legs.

Yay for weight training. After I consistently started doing weighted leg exercises for about 2 months, I noticed my recovery after harder run workouts was a lot quicker:)
