25 minutes strength training - planks, pushups, upper body weights
8.25 miles on the treadmill, 2% incline - 7:30 pace. Started really easy and finished with a 6:48 mile. I felt oddly good for the Monday after the super bowl. Must have been all the chips & dip I ate or the booty shaking family dance party we had during the half time show. PM: 3.5 miles easy 8 min pace, ITBS rehab and foam rolling
