Personal:

I decided to join to hold myself accountable for my training and because I love learning from others running experiences.  I just started running a little over a year ago and have a lot to learn.  I work fulltime as a Manager of Telecommunications for Intermountain Healthcare and go to school online through Weber State University.  If you want to know more check out my blog: www.runningfortrevor.blogspot.com

8.5 on the treadmill.  I feel like I raced over the weekend or something, major heavy leg syndrome.  Ran pretty slow but it felt hard.  haha just one of those days.  Did about a half mi total worth of strides towards the end at 10mph.

4 miles easy outside.  7:35 pace.  So so very sunny and nice out. :)

Heavy legs :/ I get that all the time!! Must be all the oxygen in the clean air, your legs don't know what to do with it all;)

Heavy legs once in a while is completely normal - but it can be an early sign of overtraining if it doesn't go away in a couple days. Nice job keeping it easy and in check. I'm sure you'll feel awesome tomorrow.

I get the heavy leg thing alot lately. I agree with Melody good job taking it easy and if you feel heavy tomarrow take another recovery day and hold off a day for a harder workout.

Ha, Carina, I just made a similar comment on YOUR blog. :) Nice job getting the run in despite the heavy legs. I agree with everyone else, I'm sure your body appreciates the easier day and you'll bounce back tomorrow.
