We flew back home today in the afternoon, so once we got unpacked and situated, I left on my run. Ran out and back on the ocean road and got rained on. It was a really good run, though, and felt awesome. The vacation was awesome: I relaxed lots, had fun on great beaches and got some great deals on souvenirs, but now, it feels good to be home again. Avg. 7:44/mi. (DS3 358.4)

How do you like Am. Samoa so far? It seems like you are having a blast. You have way more dedication than me!

Benn - It's been crazy! Sometimes it's really really hard to get out the door in the crazy humidity to go run, but at least I have to report back to my new coach with my miles to make me run when I don't feel like it. I've been having a fun adventure and it's so beautiful and relaxed here. So, yeah, I like it lots!
