Sleep! Yes! 7 whole hours and it felt heavenly! Got up to go run and it was snowing - snow, snowflakes, snowstorm, snow - and COLD. But crazy fun, yessirree! Ran an easy and slow out-and-back in Sandy. At USU, I did all the Scholar's Day stuff, but ditched some to go meet some coaches and see the place. (It's crazy, they have 2 underwater treadmills!) Had a long, fun, busy, tiring, awesome day. (Adrenaline 81.2)

Underwater treadmills? You mean swimming treadmills?

Cool, sounds like it was pretty fun.

Thanks! Good job on your running! snow is aweful for running, isn't it? We get it all the time in Sandy. Well, keep running and I bet u'll be state champion!

Karl- they were actually running treadmills underwater, for low impact, high resistance training for people increasing mileage a lot or people recovering from an injury. Pretty cool!
