Out-and-back in the morning in Baltimore. A little chilly, but not bad, kind of a boring run. Legs are feeling pretty good, though, and the low elevation here is easy to run in. How convenient! Avg. 7:42/mi pace. (DS2 425.2)

In the evening, I ran to the clubhouse, did 5 on the treadmill at 7:47/mi pace, lifted a bit, then ran back. Treadmills suck. (Adrenaline 27.5)

Baltimore is an amazing city :) Hope you are enjoying your mini-vacation and what not. Yeah, I bet your conditioning at altitude makes you that much faster. Just remember to shout a courteous Morning! as you pass all of us slow pokes! haha

Did you sing "Good Morning Baltimore" from Hairspray while you were running? I totally would have.

From Austin on Mon, Mar 10, 2008 at 11:16:13

Ha ha ha Hey RUTH!! Im glad you have the guts to actually run there. I would probibly get lost or shot. :(

From Ruthie on Tue, Mar 11, 2008 at 09:38:13

I will do my best to not get lost, Mr. Wildbull. :)

Sorry to disappoint you, Mik'L - I didn't. Probably because I don't know the song; I haven't even seen Hairspray! :(

Austin - my sister's house is out away from the really dangerous part of Baltimore. Otherwise, I'd be putting in ALL my miles on the treadmill. Gaaaa!
