My abs and arms are sore from starting up doing lots of pushups and crunches these last couple of days! 15 pushups and 100 crunches this morning. Ran to the church and back. The run today was faster than most lately, so that was good, I guess. I'm getting wimpy, I think. There were some medium-sized hills in this run and they almost killed me! 7:52/mi avg., total time 55:04.

When I got back, I ran .25 with Simon at 13:00/mi pace, then 1 mile with Everett and Ila at 10:30/mi pace. Those kids are crazy! (Adrenaline 349.3)

yay for running and doing crazy pushups and junk!

Mom gave me a wierd look when she walked in on me doing gymnastics exercises in the living room yesterday. Like going from sitting cross-legged on the floor and then swinging up into a handstand.

oh, and good job with being an amazing runner. ;)
