Foremaster with Holt, Austin, JeffF, and Kimzey. Legs still feeling easy breezy and fast! Except for downhills - I hate those. On the last couple miles, I kept picking it up because I thought I was slowing everybody else down and ran the industrial hill mile 7:20! Sweet. (DS2 137.5)

Yes it gets so boring running round and round the island! haha. the island is ond hundred eighty something miles in perimeter i think... but in all honesty there's not many places to run in Laie but you're gonna be in a completely different place. And there are always trail runs you can find :)

Hey Ruth I hope you get this, and I hope you wont be mad, but I think I may bail out on tomorrows(fridays) run we planned. I think I am going to sleep in(I dont know if I can pull another 5am tomorrow!) and go out midmorning to run, let my legs rest a little (I ended up with 17 miles today) and do a really easy run so I can keep up on Sat. They are planning on the marathon course (going 16) but you could just park up a ways and do however many you want to do. I will try calling your house if I dont here back on the blog that you got this in the next hour or so. Hope I am not putting you out!
