I knew I needed to get somemore running in, and this WOD only took me 5 min. So I went to the track and got some sprints in. I wasn't up to a full workout, so I did 1x 400, 10 burpees , rest 1 min,1x600, 10 burpees 800, 1200m, My times were not wonderful, probably cause this was all a little much.
Ran to susie's to get my kids.
