I managed to get myself up early to run, and ran to the freeway and back for 6. I picked up the pace on the way down. Then i finished 4 more on the treadmill. The only thing bugging were my knees! not too bad today, but I was questioning if i was going to be able to do a whole half marathon next week. Oh scratch that, I was also fighting the nausea near the end, but gatorade and granola bars seemed to help.
I had to take it slow, but I got packed up and ready to go to star valley (so excited!!!!) for a week long vacation at mom's house for the fam reunion!!!!
Side note on the pregnancy, As long as i eat all the time, i feel fine. haha. That's extremely hard to do when food in general sounds gross. I found that bagels and cream cheese, and fruit smoothies worked today. My belly is starting to show too!! I just look fat now. |
