Completed 9 marathons with mixed results. 3:38 being the best out of the 9. It's been several years since I have participated in a marathon. Priorities and health have played a roll with racing the last few years. Hoping to get out and participate and have some fun.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Really want to race again. 5k's to the marathon. Love to qualify to run Boston at some point.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep running and family balanced and be as fit as I can so I can run and play with the family.
Personal:
Happily married for some time......5 great kids that overachieve in whatever they choose to do.
Blog titile explanation: Been diagnosed with a brain tumor late 2013. With my lack of confidence in the medical field and just not feeling good about it......I will be running with my friend, "Tiny Tim" until further notice.
Pretty cool outside this morning, so I tan on the tm. Good workout for me, more or less a progressive run. 4 easy miles followed by 3 at mp. Then finished up with some quick miles to make me feel real tired before I head to work. My boss will appreciate me for that today.
Mile warm up and then 5 @ 7:40. Didn't have much time today .... evening, morning, afternoon, you name it, I was busy. 2 days 16 hours and counting.........
Picked up my oldest married daughter from the bus station at Butte Montana. She would have had a 6 hour lay over before heading to Idaho Falls. This took place at 1am! We drove home and I went to work at 4:30am. Who cares right..... daughter is coming home later in the day. Worked till 2pm and walked to the airport. She's HOME!!!!!!!!!! No run today!!!!!!!!!!!!!Who cares!!!!!!!!!!!! 38 hours and no sleep......and loving it!!!! All my kids are home except my son that is serving in Michigan. Great Great DAY!
