Mile warmup and then 1 mile @ 7:50 ...light jog 3/4 @ 7:30 light jog 1/2 @ 7:00 light jog 1/4 @ 6:00 then repeat.......
Really wanted to see how I would do with a few miles at different paces. It's been too long since I've run anything that gets my heart beating harder than what I've been doing for the last couple of months. No injuries and legs feel fresh and I'm still moving.....Maybe I'm not done yet.....How stupid am I.....It's mid October (in Idaho)and I'm trying to get my miles up..
