Had a busy day and didn't get the run in till early evening. So it was the tm workout. Didn't know exactly what I was going to do till I warmed up. Legs felt good so I opted for a hill workout. After a mile warmup I set the incline at 4 and ran 400 meters and then 400 cool down but kept the pace the same which was 8:15. I did that for the rest of the run which was 8.35 miles. I guess that is a speed workout in disguise? Sure felt like it. Runners are funny, 9.35 miles for the run and I'm thinking 10 sounds some much better.......nah... I'm done!...Till tomorrow. |
