Rode to work this morning. 10 miles at 19.7mph. Enjoying some nice temps for a change! Trying to get use to the idea that it might be some time before I am back into the full swing of running. Might try some inserts, barfoot running is also an option. I've read about that and I am not sure its a valid option. Just doesn't make much sense to me. At this point I am willing to try anything.
15 miles at 21.6mph on a very pleasant afternoon. 10 mph breeze from the south, so I decided to take off south while the legs were fresh. Nice ride! Clipped along pretty good going with the wind. |
