Ran one mile at the track in 9:07. It felt hard, but I pushed it because my mom said she would buy me 2 chocolate chip cookies if I did. I got them and shared them with my mom, dad and sister so I really only got a half! My next goal at the track is 8:30. Then I'll eat the cookies all by myself!!!!!

You did a really good job last night! I know it's can be hard sometimes but you hung in there! I could have never ran a mile that fast after I had ran less than a month! Keep on ZOOOOOMMMMMing!
