Recently had a baby boy this year!!

Short-Term Running Goals:

Getting back into running since I had baby #2. Run injury free!

 

Long-Term Running Goals:

Honestly I just love to run, and I hope that I can do it the rest of my life..until the day I die!

I am married to a wonderful hubby, who has ran 3 marathons and a half ironman with me! I have 2 cute boys and a dog!

Later when kids were napping, did "Jillian Michaels: No more Trouble Zones" and it kicked my butt!

ran bank loop with Natalie.  Decided that that trail is way to scary to run early in the morning! Yikes....But, it was so fun to run with Nat and catch up on old times!

 

P.s. Im sooooooo sore from "Jillian Michaels: No more Trouble Zones" workout yesterday, used muscles I didnt know I had!

AB assault video-- thought I would take a rest today from running, since Im still so sore from Jillian! I can't even walk up/down stairs today, you would have thought I was walking like I ran the Marathon or something :)

3 on TM.  I could have gone more, but I got bored on it!!!

Later went on 30mile bike ride with husband. It was brutle, we rode up 2 very very very steep hills, I felt like I was almost at a standstill, I had to keep peddling or else I was going to fall over!

18 mile bike ride with husband today. We decided to ride up Snow Canyon.  Let me tell you, I now have an even better appreciation for running! I thought running up SC was a challenge, try biking it!  

Coming down was alot more fun, exhillarating, and scarey! We rode down the Marathon Course. I clocked going 38 mph on my bike and the only 2 thoughts going through my head were: 1. I have gotten speeding tickets for  going this fast before and 2. people die in CARS going this fast!

After, We went and picked up Ryan's packet for the Tour De St George 100 miler tomorrow. He keeps trying to talk me into doing it and Im to chicken! The longest bike ride I have done is 40 miles. I promised him I would do the Springtime Tour De St George.....I better start practicing!
