ran 5 miles with cheri this morning. We did the run up foremaster hill today....it was just a fantastic reminder of how out of shape i am!!!! Later this evening my husband and I went on a 10 mile bike ride. It was fun....but i think I need to take it into the shop for a tune up!!
K, I actually did this run on feb 6, but i accidently logged my last saturdays run (jan 30th) on feb 6 and Im to lazy to change it.....anyway, ran 5 with Nat....walked more than we should have!
