AM workout after work
Afternoon run that started out nice but I started having some pain in my left thigh after a couple miles so I stretched it out and walked a little till it felt better then took off again. After about a mile it did it again so I cut my run short and went home and R.I.C.E.ed it. It's not feeling bad now so I might take the day off from running tomorrow, hit the gym in the morning and give it a good stretching and see what happens Wednesday. |
