I keep icing and heat on the injury along with a lot of stretching, things are feeling a lot better but I'll give it another day or two before running, 20 mile road ride that felt awesome!!!!!! I really need to keep crosstraining as part of my overall training process.
Took the day off from work to get some yard work done around the house but did go by the gym for a workout before I got started. Went for a 20 mile road ride when I got finished
