Good stretching and workout at the gym. Giving the legs a break?

Morning workout and 8 mile run at the gym. Tried to concentrate on proper form and not so much on pace. The hamstring pain was a little less and something I can deal with as long as it doesn't put added strain on the knee which was close to 100% today. I did drop the pace down to MP the last couple miles just to see how everything would react. Not bad but I still think I need to take it really easy and let everything calm back down.We'll see how thing go?

6 mile run..... well really a 5 mile easy run then a 1 mile walk/jog back home. The hamstring started acting up so I decided not to push it and to give it a 4 or 5 day rest to see if I can get this thing behind me.
