Wow I'm back on the road again!!!!!! Not at 100% but things are doing a lot better. I did a walk half mile/ run half mile thing this morning and things felt pretty good. After a couple weeks off things really felt weird though. I've got an appointment Tuesday with an womam who's speciality is injury massage. I hoping she'll get be back up and going for good.

Nice and Fast 3 mile late afternoon walk with Candy

HBR - I injured my quad and Hammie back in November 2014 and I still haven't gotten a complete recovery. This is the injury that slowed me down at the Boston.....Crap! I'm still working hard to clear it up...

Good to hear you are doing better HBR. I hope the massage lady is able to help keep you going in the right direction.

Man...we're all bruised, banged, and beaten up. Let's all get healed and back on the road! I'm starting to feel old. :-( Oh, I guess that's because I turned 55 today.

Thanks Rhett this Lady is supposed to do wonders.

TS-All we can do is keep on keeping on till we get all these injuries healed up and we're back to 100%.
