Morning workout before work

Another hard road ride after work 16 miles @17.5 mph avg. this hurt I don't know if it was the heat or the wind but I felt it in my back. I feel like I'm staying in  some kind of shape by hitting the bike but it's still not like running.

Good on ya Bro Ronnie! Keep moving or they kick dirt in your face! Your in control of your running destiny, bring it back slow and low for the long haul!

I bike a lot and enjoy it, but I agree...it is not the same as running.

Cycling is a great way to stay in shape but understand wanting to get back to running. Keep up the good work.

Hi HB,

Got me a new bike on Saturday and rode it the first time this morning. I had to promise my wife I would tone it down a few notches and not have another crash!

Good to see you cycling...we can recover and come back together. :-)

No, No, No, more crashes!

IJR we aren't getting any younger and these injuries take longer to get over so toning it down a little might be a good idea. I haven't had any crashes lately but there's been a lot on the trails this year.

Slick I'm about ready to start back to running. I think I've got a few things worked out. It was all I could do not to give it a try yesterday but things need a few more days.
