MTB'ing 13 miles of single track. The foot and strains from the bike crash are feeling really good but I'm still taking the next couple of days off pounding the pavement so maybe I'll be back to near 100% come Sunday. I'll ease back into my marathon training plan next week ramping up the mileage and intensity. I can't hardly wait ,it's amazing how much you miss running when you can't run for a few days. |
