I'm on the slow road to recovery but a least I can say I making some progress down that road. I ran 4 miles today (kind of). I walked the first .25 to get warmed up then ran 2.5. I had to stop and rub down a few tight muscles, walk another .25 to make sure everything was OK then finished out the 4 miles running. No garmin at this point in recovery just trying to get everything use to running again and get a few miles in.

Outstanding Bro Ronnie....good to see you getting started after all this time. It must have been maddening, enough so that you were out riding a bike!

The mind is there but the body is fighting every inch of the way.
