Nice easy lite recovery run before church. 45 sunny and a little brezzy but a nice day for a run.

8 miles, thats a nice easy recovery run. Way to getter done! If the snow doesn't pile up too deep here tomorrow I'm gunna try to get out for about a 4 mile easy recovery run!It doesn't matter which way I go when I leave my home when I go out for a run...I headed up or down a hill and just the oppsite coming back? Hows the injury doing?

Not much way around the hills from where you live but it's good training when you come down to sea level and it's flat. You are going to kill Surf City !!!
I think I'm going to be alright in the injury department if something else doesn't come apart.
