A sweatfest on the Stationary bike... while watching the Jazz get completely whooped up on... very bad game, no flow, the refs are horrible this year with calling ticky tack fouls, last nights Miami/Boston game was the same.. makes for painful watching! The positive was a solid 45 min on the Trainer... pushed good and forgot how much you sweat when you aren't moving and you are in a room that is in the mid 60's... also got 150 jumps in on the jump board too!
Work has been a stress lately... so I need keep rolling with excercise, when work is stressful I have a harder time getting out excercising, it should be the opposite, cause I know how much better I feel after a good burn! |
