| | 8 miles on the trail... really all that needs to be said on a day like today... amazing... perfect temps, trails in Primo shape, and I felt great. I did the MO Loop run and added the BC Loop, which added some good climbing... I think this will become a more regular run, I love getting the climbing in and then working my way across the upper trails, trying to stay in a good rhythm! | Add Comment |
| | Started the day out with a great Core burn, 60 min. of abs, legs and arms... met the NMan at 3 for a run/hike up to Mpeak pretty good burner nothing too crazy, snow was bad the last switchback and up, soft and inconsistent. | Add Comment |
| | A late night soccer special, good fun game and great workout... we lost in the last 15 seconds... | Add Comment |
| | I have been timing these afternoon runs in the Snowy blizzards pretty good the last couple weeks... this was my third one and was probably the coldest, mainly from the wind as it blew in... great run though, did my MO Loop and then kept it high along the bench... overall felt great, tried to push hard on the short uphills! | Add Comment |
| | A lap around the reservoir, with a midF add on... kept it nice and smooth and worked on keeping my form in check, ended up going faster than I thought with the Ipod issues and the bathroom break at the Chevron, ave. 8:45, had a bit of everything today, started with sun, went to wind, rain and then snow... I guess this is Spring?? | Add Comment |
